One Hour Training Session |

One-on-one with a trainer to familiarize you with our equipment, design a new program or just work on a specific trouble spot.

Half-Hour Session |

Same one-on-one training as in the one hour. Great for focusing on one piece of functional training equipment or evaluating technique.

Buddy Session |

Otherwise known as "the Buddy System", these sessions are for 2 clients with one trainer because sometimes we train harder with a friend or partner. The sessions must be taken with both clients present or the missing client will lose that session.

Small Group |

Another exciting feature of the Trainers' Club is our small group training program. Our private studio accommodates groups of 4-8 people where a trainer will design an exciting circuit based workout.

Free Motion Workout |

Receive the benefits of a personal trainer in a class environment! In his class you'll use all the tools that the trainers use with their clients; the Free Motion Cable column, medicine balls, balance tools and dumbbells. Check the calendar for days and times. |
Corporate Team Building
We are excited to open our facility to your business group for an offsite team building experience. It is a great way to unwind from the pressure and stresses of work, away from work. Your group will be challenged physically and mentally as they workout in our private studio with a trainer. It doesn't matter what fitness level they are at, our programs are developed so that people of different levels can workout together.
The possibilities are endless for this experience. Available to our groups are: a private meeting area for before or after your workout, brown bag or catered lunch options and motivational speakers.

Sports Conditioning Program
(Youth and Adult)
GOAL: To provide a well rounded conditioning program designed to help improve each individual athlete's core strength, agility, muscle function balance and power.
Objectives
Teach the athletes to move more efficiently, help to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.
Challenge the athlete's strength by using a systematic approach of movement progression to improve their sport.
Educate the athlete on the importance of developing and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle for years to come.
This program is structured over a four week period, with the athletes meeting two times per week. Training session times will be determined by the trainer, parent and athlete. Please use caution when scheduling appointments when the athlete is training concurrently with a sport.
