Our personal trainers will share with you the latest fitness information and together you will formulate a plan to help you reach your goals.

The Trainers' Club offers something for everyone...

Private One on One Training

The Trainers' Club provides private one on one workouts in a state of the art environment. Your trainer will listen to your needs and goals and work with you to develop a program that is specifically designed for you.

Small Group Training

Does the idea of training with a group of friends, running buddies or co-workers sound appealing? If so, the Trainers' Club has the perfect set-up. Our studio can accommodate groups of various sizes. Our trainers will design programs to meet the different skill levels of all participants in your group. Working out in a small group can be a great source for motivation and team building.

Sports and Conditioning Program
(Youth and Adults)

Another exciting facet of the Trainers' Club is our Sports and Conditioning Program. Programs can be developed for in-season and pre-season needs of the individual athlete or a specific sports team. Athletes from any sport would greatly benefit from this program.

Realize Your Progress

Your personal trainer will assess your initial fitness level and track your progress to assure you are working in the right direction and at optimal pace. Your progress will be recorded, tracked and the necessary training adjustments will be made throughout your progress.

Reach Your Goals

During all sessions, your personal trainer will design a program to meet your individual needs and goals; whether they're weight gain, recovery after injury, motivation, or sports specific training.
