I have my undergrad degree in exercise science and my master’s in sports and fitness administration from Illinois State University. I’m an ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist. I’m also an aspiring karaoke sensation.”

“Simplifying exercise and focusing on basic movement patterns and mobility are my personal strengths as a trainer. I received a B.S. degree in health, fitness, and recreation from Millikin University and I am an NCSF certified personal trainer. I also have many years of experience working on strength and conditioning with athletes, specifically soccer players and wrestlers. Whether you’re training to hike across the country or you just want to increase your ability to move comfortably, I can design a program to help you reach these goals.”

In 2006 I made a big change in my body and learned that I had a new passion for helping others make their bodies change.
