Alloy is our revolutionary personal training system led by knowledgeable trainers to create an environment that’s both affordable and effective. We offer several different options to meet your needs and preferences. a. Team Trainings (Afterburn, Foundations, Industrial Strength) that can hold 10-30 clients at a time. These sessions are conducted in a circuit format using some type of timed intervals. b. Small Group Trainings involve 1 trainer with 2-4 clients. The small group sessions are perfect for clients with specific goals, injuries and those who do not prefer to work in larger groups. c. Private Trainings are one-on-one sessions with a trainer. They range from 30-60 minutes and are available to clients who prefer individual attention.
