Our personal trainers will share with you the latest fitness information and together you will formulate a plan to help you reach your goals.

Private One on One Training The Trainers’ Club provides private one on one workouts in a state of the art environment. Your trainer will listen to your needs and goals and work with you to develop a program that is specifically designed for you.
Small Group Training Does the idea of training with a group of friends, running buddies or co-workers sound appealing? If so, the Trainers’ Club has the perfect set-up. Our studio can accommodate groups of various sizes. Our trainers will design programs to meet the different skill levels of all participants in your group. Working out in a small group can be a great source for motivation and team building.
Realize Your Progress Your personal trainer will assess your initial fitness level and track your progress to assure you are working in the right direction and at optimal pace. Your progress will be recorded, tracked and the necessary training adjustments will be made throughout your progress.
Reach Your Goals During all sessions, your personal trainer will design a program to meet your individual needs and goals; whether they’re weight gain, recovery after injury, motivation, or sports specific training.
Quarterly Update This service consists of a 30 minute meeting with a trainer to assess current programs, set new goals, conduct body fat analysis, take measurements and weight, and review target heart rate.
Each member is encouraged to sign up for every quarterly session to keep on track and stay motivated in reaching his/her fitness goals. The sessions are scheduled as follows:
