Our certified Workout Company Personal Trainers will make a difference with our 3 step approach:

1.  EVALUATE:  We help ALL of our members get started by offering an evaluation of your fitness level.

2.  REVIEW RESULTS: Following your evaluation, your trainer will discuss your strengths and weaknesses along with a program recommendation.  They will also provide you with a basic workout so you feel comfortable in the gym.

3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROGRAM: Every individual's needs and goals are different.  The following pricing allows you to customize your own Personal Training Program:

Pilates Reformer Training

*Two private sessions are required before advancing to a buddy/group session.

 

Group sessions are shared between 3 participants and one trainer.  Groups meet 1,2, or 3 times a week.  Each session is 6 weeks long.  Fees are due at time of scheduling. There will be no make-ups or refunds for unused sessions.

Parisi Speed School Takes Kids Back to Basics

When it comes to taking athletes into the future, the
Parisi Speed School, gives a nod to the past.  The Workout Company is thrilled to bring this program to the Bloomington-Normal area.

In today’s high-tech, convenience-focused world, gyms often forego effective age-old training techniques that work the entire body rather than one muscle group. At the Parisi Speed School, however, athletes become stronger, faster, and more agile by applying old school methods to their workouts. Tire flips, power sled pulls, suicide sprints, push ups, and squats get athletes, ages 7-21, to strengthen their entire body, build endurance, and hone speed and agility. As a result, the Parisi Speed School creates soccer players that can turn on a dime, football players that can plow through any line, and tennis players that have lightening fast serves.

The idea behind the Parisi Speed School is to not only make kids faster but to teach them how to use their bodies to the best of its ability. It’s not just about getting bigger muscles, it’s about functional training and teaching your body to move effectively and efficiently.  The athletes that step onto the Parisi turf often see changes in their speed, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance within 6 weeks.  The 3 levels of the program include:

The Jump Start Program (ages 7 to 11) is where small groups of young athletes learn basic motor skill development, acceleration/deceleration techniques, endurance training, and basic body mechanics.


Total Performance Program (ages 12-18) is for the adolescent athlete and is focused on speed and strength training, instruction in proper running mechanics, flexibility and endurance.

Peak Program (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge) is for the advanced high school and college-bound athlete. This program is for high-level athletes with very specific training needs.
