Classes The Workout Company offers a variety of classes for beginners through advanced athletes. All classes are free for members. We strive to offer the types of classes that our members want. Therefore, we will review our class memberships every 8 weeks and update our schedules accordingly. We have classes early in the morning, afternoon, and evening so you can find one to fit into your daily routine. Most classes are one hour.
Pick up a copy of the current class schedule by the fitness room or at the front desk.
Orientation We offer orientations for all classes because our goal is that you get a safe effective workout. Usually just a 15 minute session will help you with form and moves. Our qualified staff offers complete support and modifications when necessary.
