We've taken the dance out and put the muscle back into step. BODYSTEP is a simple, athletic workout with high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear. Not for the faint hearted, BODYSTEP is a great cardio workout that will get you back on your step and right into shape!
(beginner - advanced)
A Group Fitness Program that will change the way you feel about your body forever. BODYFLOW combines yoga, tai chi and pilates and is designed to make you feel stronger, reduce pain and relieve stress. Each track targets specific areas and goals. Back and abdominal tracks will improve the strength of your mid-section (and make your waist smaller), strength sections will target the legs and upper body and flexibility sections will focus on all of our "WORK PLACE" problem areas like the neck and lower back. The class ends with a well-deserved relaxation section.
Butts & Gutts (beginner - advanced)
This class is 45 minutes and is great to start or end your regular workouts. Like its name suggests, it targets those problem areas. It uses the stability ball extensively for overall lower body toning.
Pilates (beginner - advanced)
This is the Absolutely best way to target your "powerhouse" - abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. Class benefits include a longer leaner looking body, more energy, stronger core, and fewer aches.
Advanced cycling (advanced)
This class is designed for conditioned cyclist enthusiasts and trains your anaerobic threshold.
Power Yoga
This challenging workout integrates strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility to create an overall feeling of mind and body strength.
Experience a class designed for beginners who still want a great workout that's done at a slower pace with less impact. Classd includes cardio portion and body toning.
Interval (beginner - advanced)
Get the best of both worlds with cardio and body sculpting all in one hour. Simple cardio moves designed to burn calories are integrated with strength moves for 7-8 cycles.
8 and out rule:
If a class attendance drops below 8 or less over a 4 week period, the class will be replaced on the schedule.
Classes Only Fees Punch cards for 10 classes are available for $90.00. This fee includes facility use on chosen class days.
beginner - advanced
An indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 700 calories in a single session, RPM is a favorite of those wanting to reduce bodyfat. RPM provides a fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength.
(Intermediate - Advanced) An unbelievable program that combines kicks, strikes and punches from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and tai kwon do, into an hour long heart-pumping routine. Music and choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.
(Intermediate - Advanced)
BODYJAM- is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
(Beginner-Advanced)
