"I am a stay at home mom with two little ones. I needed a social outlet and time away from home.  The Workout Company has helped me to reprioritize.  I have made my health, particularly time for exercise, a top priority.  I need to take care of myself if I am going to take care of my family.

When I first joined, my goal was to lose 15pounds for a second honeymoon trip to Mexico.  I did not achieve this goal in time for the trip, but I did lose the 15 pounds, plus another 15 for 30 pounds total!

The Workout Company is a great environment!  Everyone is so friendly and it's great that they remember your name.  I love that you never feel like it's a vanity competition.
