On January 2, 2016, The Workout Company opened the doors of its second location, The Workout Company Training Club. Located at 3907 GE Road (next to Joe’s Pub), this location is dedicated to small group, large group, and one-on-one personal training.
FAQ About The Workout Company Training Club
What amenities are available at the new location?
Locker rooms (with shampoo, conditioner, and other products to help you get ready in the morning), bath towels, and a smoothie bar.
What’s the training schedule at the new location?
You can view it here.
Does The Workout Company Training Club have babysitting?
No. If you need babysitting while you work out, please make use of our Kays Drive location.
Does the Training Club have Les Mills or other group exercise classes?
No, but the class schedule at the Kays Drive location will stay the same!
Can I add an additional family member to my Training Club account?
Yes! Add extra family members high-school age and older and get a 10% discount on each of their memberships.
Is there open gym / free workout time?
No. The only way to work out at the new facility is with one of our amazing and skilled trainers, either during a scheduled Small Group / Team Training, or one-on-one in a private personal training.
I’m not ready to commit to a year-long membership. Can I still be a member?
Sure. Try us out for a month with our Workout Company Experience, or you can go month-to-month for an additional 20% added to your monthly membership fee.
Do you accept Blue 365 / Prime / Silver Sneakers members at the Training Club?
No, but we’d love to have you at the Kays Drive location!
If I’m a member of the Training Club, can I also use the Kays Drive location?
Training members can attend training sessions at either location. If GE training members would like to make use of Kays Drive Group Exercise classes, gym equipment, and babysitting, that’s an extra $25/month.
If I have a training membership at the Kays Drive location, can I schedule a training session at the GE Road facility?
You bet. Schedule your sessions at either location.
