Welcome Children and Parents
Welcome to the Kids' Club! Please read the following information carefully. It is important that you know our policies. We sincerely want your children to be happy during their stay with us.
What Is There To Do
We have a variety of books, games, toys and activities to keep your children busy. Our experienced caregivers are wonderful at stimulating group play and creativity.
Check-In Procedures
Please check-in your child at the front desk. Make sure your child arrives in a clean diaper and that all personal items have names on them. This includes bottles, cups, pacifiers, diaper bags, and coats.
Check-out Procedures
Please sign-out your child. If someone else will pick up your child, please notify us in advance. We require identification from this person as well. Security is our number one priority.
Kids' Club Fees
There are two options for Kids' Club memberships. The first is a month long membership at $30.00 per month and $25.00 per child after that. The dues are drafted on the first of the month, every month. The second option is to pay on a daily basis at the rate of $4.00 for the 1st child and $2.00 for every child after that.
Kids' Club Hours
Monday through Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - Noon, 4:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. - Noon,
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Please Be On Time
Please stay within the time limits set for your child's age group. Infants 3 months to 18 months may stay for 1 1/2 hours per day. Children 19 months to 11 years may stay 2 hours per day.
Infants 3 Months to 18 Months
We welcome your infant! We have all the necessary amenities to accommodate him/her. To ensure the health and safety of this age group, we require the completion of our infant care form. In the future, we may require a reservation if the number of infants exceeds 3 or more at a time.
Snacks and Lunches
We do not feed jar baby food and we do not cook food you bring in. We ask that you bring in finger foods for your toddlers and sippy cups for all drinks. Snacks are always welcome, but please, no gum, suckers or candy.
Sniff, Sniff, Sniff
SICK CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED! If your child develops a runny nose, cough or fever while in the Kids' Club, we will locate you immediately. Children with allergies sometimes exhibit cold symptoms. If your child has allergies, we require a note from your doctor. A doctor's note is also needed for any child returning to the Kids' Club after a serious illness or broken bone.
Members Only
The Kids' Club is for the use of our members only. Neighbors and children of relatives will only be admitted with a signed consent form from a legal guardian. The parent/guardian must be on the premises at all times.
Potty Training
We ask all parents of those children who are not 100% potty trained to take their children to the bathroom before they leave. Parents should return at proper intervals to ensure the success of their child's training. Potty training is a very personal and private matter, which we feel is best handled by the parent. The safety, care, and happiness of your children is our number one priority. We will continue to provide a safe, fun, healthy, and stimulating environment for your children. Your suggestions are always welcome in our efforts to be the best facility in the area.
