(beginner - advanced)
BODYPUMP is a revolutionary new weight-training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. BODYPUMP is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle in your body…ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. It's the fastest way in the universe to change your body shape.
TEEN BODYPUMP is also available for kids ages 9-14 wanting to increase their strength and tone-up in a safe environment. Emphasis is on proper form and appropriate weight load for developing muscles.
(beginner - advanced)
We've taken the dance out and put the muscle back into step. BODYSTEP is a simple, athletic workout with high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear. Not for the faint hearted, BODYSTEP is a great cardio workout that will get you back on your step and right into shape!
(beginner - advanced)
A Group Fitness Program that will change the way you feel about your body forever. BODYFLOW combines yoga, tai chi and pilates and is designed to make you feel stronger, reduce pain and relieve stress. Each track targets specific areas and goals. Back and abdominal tracks will improve the strength of your mid-section (and make your waist smaller), strength sections will target the legs and upper body and flexibility sections will focus on all of our "WORK PLACE" problem areas like the neck and lower back. The class ends with a well-deserved relaxation section.
Butts & Gutts (beginner - advanced)
This class is 45 minutes and is great to start or end your regular workouts. Like its name suggests, it targets those problem areas. It uses the stability ball extensively for overall lower body toning.
Chisel (beginner - advanced)
Total body strength and conditioning class using weights, bands, and the stability ball.
Pilates (beginner - advanced)
This is the Absolutely best way to target your "powerhouse" - abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. Class benefits include a longer leaner looking body, more energy, stronger core, and fewer aches.
Cycle Reebok (beginner - advanced)
This class is group cycling at its best. Cycling is great for burning calories and lots of fun! Go at your own level by adjusting the tension on the bike.
Boot Camp Kickboxing (intermediate - advanced)
This class is formatted to work every muscle in your body with boxing moves, bag contact, and calisthenics. The intense workout will improve your strength and cardiovascular level.
Aerobics + Sculpt (beginner - advanced)
Get the best of both worlds with cardio and body sculpting all in one hour. The cardio portion is a fun dance class for those who like to move to classic dance songs while incorporating various moves to whittle that waist.
High/Low Aerobics (beginner - advanced)
A combination high/low impact aerobic class with choreographed routines making the class easy to follow. Workout to a variety of music including current chart toppers and old favorites. Body conditioning at the end.
Low Impact (beginner - intermediate)
Experience a class designed for beginners who still want a great workout that's done at a slower pace with less impact. Class includes cardio portion and body toning.
6 and out rule: If a class attendance drops below 6 or less over a 4 week period, the class will be replaced on the schedule.
Classes Only Fees
Punch cards for 10 classes are available for $70.00. This fee includes facility use on chosen class days.
