Tanning

Our 3 tanning rooms feature Soltron tanning beds - total tanning performance with class. Their unique design and striking lighting elements give an even all-over tan.

Spray Tanning

We are pleased to offer spray tanning from California Spray Tan, a totally safe way to get a tan without turning your skin orange. It only takes about 10 minutes and lasts for 5-7 days

Yearly Membership

Members - $19.95 Monthly
Non-Members - $24.99 Monthly
Membership includes unlimited use (one visit per day) on a 15 minute Bronze bed and discounted upgrades into 12 minute Platinum bed (3 face tanners). One time registration fee applies, convenient monthly billing via EFT. Holds are available 2x/year for $5 per hold. Cancel at anytime with 30 day written notice.

Single visit and 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 tan packages available.

Other Services

Massage - By appointment

Treat yourself to a massage after a hard workout with certified Massage Therapist Lesli Dauenbaugh. Lesli knows just how to locate those tight sore muscles. Available by appointment at the front desk.
Half hour massage - $35
One hour - $55

Postural & Structual Assessment - $20

This assessment helps the trainer to individualize a workout program by addressing any structural and muscular imbalances. A certified trainer tests imbalances then recommends corrective stretches and exercises.

Body Fat Composition - $15

We have a state of the art body fat scale to measure body fat and fat pounds. This tool can help us accurately evaluate your progress.

Quarterly Update- FREE

This service consists of a 30 minute meeting with a trainer to assess current programs, set new goals, conduct body fat analysis, take measurements and weight, and review target heart rate.

Each member is encouraged to sign up for every quarterly session to keep on track and stay motivated in reaching his/her fitness goals. The sessions are scheduled as follows:

March 20 - 30
June 20 - 30
September 20 - 30
December 20- 30
