- Monday 3/27 — 5:30pm Kays Afterburn (Training members: please attend the 5pm or 6pm sessions at GE instead.)
- Tuesday 3/28 — 8:00am VIVE
- Wednesday 3/29 — 5:30am WERQ
- Thursday 3/30 — Step 9am || Barre 5:30pm || Combat 6:30pm
- Friday 3/31 — Barre 8:00am

We’ve wanted to offer a Barre class for ages and NOW IT’S HAPPENING. Join us next Wednesday (2/15) for two preview sessions (8am and 5:30pm) of Barre with Byron Reynolds. Byron has been a choreographer for nearly three decades and a Barre instructor for two years and he is so excited to offer this class at The Workout Company!

REMINDER: Our PUMP Launch sessions will be the ONLY Group Exercise classes happening on Saturday, but Team Training is still on as scheduled!
“Cycling with the Oldies” is starting up again! Join Carl on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am beginning next week (12/13) for a fun workout that will make you sweat whether you’re brand-new to cycling or a seasoned pro.
We’ve got a new concept coming to The Workout Company! BikënSwing is a combination spin class and kettlebell-based workout.
Preview sessions are FREE! They begin this coming Sunday, November 6th, at 7:00AM in the Cycle Studio, Kays Drive.
Join Trainer JK McLeod for what we promise will be 60 minutes of intense fun. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, if you can ride a bike and swing a kettlebell, you can handle this training.
