IS THERE A SCHEDULE OF GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES?

With over 50 classes a week, you bet we have a schedule. The online version is here (you can even print your own copy at home). You can also look near the drinks cooler at Kays Drive for a large poster of our schedule, or pick up a printed copy at the Front Desk.

DO YOU OFFER BABYSITTING?

Yes, at our Kays Drive location. Babysitting is provided at no additional cost for Basic members, Prime Plus members, and Alloy Training members. There is a small fee for babysitting for Prime members. Check out the details here.

CAN I HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Hiring a Personal Trainer is an excellent way to get the most out of your time in the gym. Learn more about the Trainers and their specialties here.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN LARGE GROUP AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING?

In Large Group Training sessions, a Trainer leads a group of 10-30 clients in a circuit format using timed intervals. Small Group Training sessions features one Trainer with up to five clients. The Gmall Group sessions are perfect for clients with specific goals, injuries, and those who prefer more personalized instruction. Find out more here

IS THERE A NEWSLETTER?

We send out a newsletter (filled with event info, updates, and specials) a couple times a month. Go here to register. If you ever decide you don’t want to receive the newsletter any more, unsubscribing is just a click away.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN A CLASS IS CANCELLED?

We send out text alerts when we need to cancel a class. Detailed instructions for sign-up are here. You can also register online to receive alerts. These alerts are published on our website as well; check the lower right-hand corner of every page. Don’t want a text alert? Follow our Facebook page, keep your eye out for signs in the club, or call the Front Desk for the most up-to-date info.

ARE YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, and we post about our activities and events pretty regularly. Like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, read our blog, and check out our pictures on Instagram.

CAN I BUY WORKOUT COMPANY MERCHANDISE?

We have seasonal orders of things like t-shirts, hoodies, and shorts. Watch our blog and Facebook for details!

HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You may freeze your membership by emailing Info@TheWorkoutCompany.org.

CAN I USE MY TRAINING SESSIONS WITH ANY WORKOUT COMPANY TRAINER?

Absolutely! Just let us know if you’d like to switch up your workouts with a new trainer. We also might be able to apply the fees you paid for training sessions to an ongoing membership; email us for details. Please note that all training session sales are final and non-refundable.

I PURCHASED BOXING / KRAV MAGA CLASSES BUT I CAN’T USE THEM ALL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Boxing / Krav Maga class session purchases don’t expire, so you can wait a while before continuing. We also might be able to apply the fees you paid for classes to an ongoing membership; email us for details. Please note that all boxing / Krav Maga class session sales are final and non-refundable.

I ENROLLED IN ONE OF YOUR SHORT-TERM PROGRAMS BUT I CAN’T COMPLETE THE PROGRAM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact us. We might be able to apply the fees you paid for the program to an ongoing membership or to sessions of one-on-one personal training. Please note that all short-term program sales are final and non-refundable.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

We’d hate to see you go! Let us know first if there’s something we can do to make your time in the gym more helpful to you. Cancellations must be requested in writing only with a form from the Front Desk. Please note that memberships do not simply expire. You must fill out the form to cancel ANY membership. We cannot accept cancellation requests over the phone, or through text, Facebook, or contact form message. You cannot cancel a membership by telling a staff member or trainer that you’d like to cancel. You must fill out the form. After you fill out the form, the manager will contact you for additional information. We have a 30-day cancellation policy, meaning that your cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date your form is complete and that any invoices due within that time frame are your responsibility. Please note that cancellation requests during the twelve months of your initial contract can only be processed if you provide us with written proof of a) a move out of the area of b) a physician’s letter stating that you cannot work outPlease note that all membership fees are final and non-refundable.
