I have heard from friends and family how much they have noticed a change in my body. It’s really exciting! One of my friends who I hadn’t heard from in a LONG time sent me a message saying that I looked super fit from a photo she saw on Facebook. My husband even told me that he can see muscles developing in my arms!!! Score!
With daylight savings this week I was nervous that I would struggle getting up so early to do our workouts. I didn’t have a problem though! I made it and really loved having all of the new faces at the GE Road club. I’ve stuck to the same schedule and it is as follows:
- Monday– Afterburn w/ JK
- Tuesday– Small group session with Nick
- Wednesday– Industrial Strength
- Thursday– either rest of do something on my own… This coming Thursday i am doing Heather’s bodypump taping and I can’t wait!!
- Friday– JK’ s hybrid class of afterburn/industrial strength
- Saturday– Workout in the am with Gwen and Michelle
I am sharing what has worked for me. I really believe that you have to find what works for you personally. There is no magic formula that works for everyone. I have found what works for me and my family and have put it to work.
I can share with you that I have always felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I’ve felt being short and petite I always had to maintain a certain number on the scale and felt that I worked really hard to maintain or lose weight. I have tried every diet out there: 3 day diet, atkins, cabbage soup diet, low carb, counting calories, fitbit, & bodybugg. Those are just off the the TOP of my head! I am sure there are more in there. Every time I have done these in the past I have quick results…that I am unable to maintain.
This is truly the first time ever that I am getting the results I want and I don’t feel that I will fail eventually. I feel this is something that I can maintain! I can’t believe how good I feel. I want everyone to feel how I feel now. I feel strong and confident and happy to be in my skin. That is unbelievable to me that I just wrote that! How do you put a price on that feeling????? You can’t. It is priceless.
I can’t wait to see what my results are on paper , the numbers of what I have achieved on Saturday. I will share with you once I am done. I hope if you are reading this and you have been thinking about starting about working out or you already workout but want to try something else. I can’t convey in words how much I want you to try this program! I hope you will trust me and know I have written this with the most honest heart.
