Instruction will be provided by Brian Lahr, the Owner/Coach of Bloomington-Normal Barbell Club. With over 25 years of training experience, he has trained under multiple Olympians and Powerlifting World Champions. He currently holds State and American records in Powerlifting and has coached multiple National and World Champions.
Brian will cover fundamentals of each lift, safety and health precautions, and training schedules. Whether you’ve never performed a single powerlifting move or if you’re regularly picking up more than your bodyweight, Brian’s instruction will help you lift more, progress faster, and stay safer while you’re working out.
Cost is 1 class for $30 ($40 non-members) for a single session, or all three for $80 ($100 non-members). This is a great deal and an awesome way to add some powerful and effective moves to your workouts.
